In order to keep our prices at a minimum we have decided to give our guests the choice of providing their own linen or paying an extra charge.

Please note that blankets, doonas, bathmats and tea towels are still provided.

LINEN HIRE CHARGES

Queensize Beds............................................$20 each bed.

Single Beds..................................................$15 each bed.

Towels.......................................................$3 ea.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit of 50% is refundable provided the cottage is relet for those days booked.

During Peak times, the balance is to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival and again, 

                 is refundable provided the cottage is rebooked for those days.
